I am going to try to document my goals and how I am feeling every week or two while I train – If you have anything you are training for or fitness goals you are trying to reach – check back with me – and keep me posted on how and what you are doing – we can keep each other motivated.
So my current goals are to be able to..
I started to increase my time in the gym this past week….instead of run/walk 30 minutes 4 x a week …
I have increased it to 4-5 times a week or 45 minute cardio with one of those cardio sessions lasting 1 hour.
My goal is not for a certain time on this race with all these crazy fun muddy obstacles .. it is to finish proud and strong.
I have my brand new sneakers from New Balance and a great playlist on my IPOD ..and I am ready to begin this journey ..
Any songs you LOVE to hear while running?? One of my favorites is “How ya like me now” – by The Heavy .. it is that addicting car commercial song with the sock monkey – i love it!
