What is the best type of image to use? JPEGS work BEST, with  at least a size of 1000 x 1000 pixels.  If you aren’t sure about image size, email it to me at geezees@gmail.com and I will help.

After I place my order, what happens next? Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from me to you with personalization questions to get started working on your canvas. Overall style of canvas, color choices and key words or phrases and font styles.

Will I get to see a proof of what my canvas will look like before it’s shipped? I will email you a picture prior to printing for all customized items. Please make sure to review and approve all proofs. I don’t mind making changes at all before the printing process.

Can you print images from professional photographers? Yes, as long as you have permission from the photographer.

What’s your return policy? Due to its customized nature, Custom Canvas Art can not be refunded or exchanged. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with photos of damaged area, we will resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order? Around 7-10 days after I receive your payment, I will email you a proof. After proof is approved, canvases ship out about 5-7 days later. RUSH OPTIONS are available…just ask!

What’s the biggest size I can get? New larger sizes are now available; go as big as 54X100 inches.

What materials do you use to make a canvas? These are canvas prints, wrapped around wood stretcher frame. Ready to Hang. Each canvas is sprayed with Protective spray to protect them against UV light, smudging and moisture…they are NOT meant to get wet.

Do you over unframed prints?  Yes – I not only create on canvas but offer unframed photo prints.

Would you print photos with nudity/or is there anything you won’t print? I embrace all photos, I am open minded. I won’t pass judgment, as long as it is legal.

What is your shipping policy? I use UPS/Fed Ex to ship out canvases.  Canvases ship out about 4-5 days after approval.  For shipping outside the US, please email me regarding pricing, I will look up a price and email you a shipping quote. Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country’s customs.

How do I care for my canvas? Please use a soft dry rag to dust. No water please.
