After I place my order, what happens next? Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from me to you with personalization questions to get started working on your canvas. Overall style of canvas, color choices and key words or phrases and font styles.

Will I get to see a proof of what my canvas will look like before it’s shipped? I will email you a picture prior to printing for all customized items. Please make sure to review and approve all proofs. I don’t mind making changes at all before the printing process.

Can you print images from professional photographers? Yes, as long as you have permission from the photographer.

What’s your return policy? Due to its customized nature, Custom Canvas Art can not be refunded or exchanged. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with photos of damaged area, we will resolve the issue.

How long will it take to receive my order? Around 12-14 days after I receive your payment, I will email you a proof. After proof is approved, canvases ship out about 5-7  days later. RUSH OPTIONS are available…just ask!

What’s the biggest size I can get? New larger sizes are now available; go as big as 54X100  inches.

What materials do you use to make a canvas? These are canvas prints, wrapped around wood stretcher frame. Ready to Hang. Each canvas is sprayed with Protective spray to protect them against UV light, smudging and moisture…they are NOT meant to get wet.

Would you print photos with nudity/or is there anything you won’t print? I embrace all photos, I am open minded. I won’t pass judgment

What is your shipping policy? I use Fed Ex to ship out canvases. For shipping outside the US, please email me regarding pricing, I will look up a price and email you a shipping quote. Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country’s customs.
